Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
    chili sauce
    2 packs tortillas
    1 lb. grated cheese
    3 medium onions chopped
Preparation
    Cook beef with salt and pepper and add a little into frying pan until done. Add 1 cup of chili sauce, set aside. Cook tortillas in oil until soft. Fill each tortilla with meat then put into shallow baking pan. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
