Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 to 1 c. milk
2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar (according to taste)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Combine together all ingredients in large
mixing bowl.
Generously grease muffin pan with corn oil. Pour batter into muffin cups.
Bake until golden brown.
