Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini squash (unpeeled)
    3 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Add to first mixture and beat well.
    Pour in loaf pans (greased and floured).
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
