Easy Seafood Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. crawfish, shrimp or crab
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. pkg. egg fettucine noodles
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pt. half and half
    1 stick oleo
    parsley, cayenne, salt
Preparation
    In large pot, saute onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in oleo.
    Add flour.
    Let cook; add half and half and cook until blended.
    Add cheese; cook until melted.
    Add seafood and cook 20 to 25 minutes; season to taste.
    Cook noodles until tender in another pot.
    When done, drain and add noodles to seafood mixture and cook 20 minutes.
    Serve.
    Great with French bread and salad!
