Slovak Beet Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boiled beets
    2 oz. fresh grated horseradish
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Grate beets and add to horseradish.
    Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over grated beets and horseradish.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Store in jar in refrigerator and serve with meat.
