Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. coconut (canned or fresh)
Preparation

Put everything in blender.
Beat 3 minutes.
Pour into deep 10-inch dish, greased well.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes own crust.
