Tomato Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can tomatoes (28 oz.)
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
