Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. jam
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Add beaten eggs; beat well. Add spices with flour and add milk.
    Add jam, nuts and raisins. Bake at 300\u00b0.
