Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 doz. tortillas
    1 onion
    2 c. cream
    2 cans green chilies
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook hen; boil to make broth.
    Simmer onion, green chilies, enchilada sauce and chicken broth.
    Add chicken (diced), shredded cheese and cream.
    Place in baking dish, one layer of sauce, then a layer of tortillas torn in pieces.
    Repeat until all tortillas and sauce are used up.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
