Banana Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
16 oz. crushed unsweetened pineapple
3 oz. orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. powdered milk
Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour mixture into paper cups and freeze until slushy.
Insert plastic spoons or clean craft sticks, then freeze until solid.
To serve, turn cup upside down and run under hot water just until frozen sherbet pop slides out.
Makes 8 servings.
