Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 large orange or lime Jell-O
Preparation
    Heat pineapple in medium saucepan, then add Jell-O to dissolve. Cool.
    Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts. Whip together the above ingredients.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and chill 2 hours.
