My Own Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 good cooking apples
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Make crust for 9-inch double-crust pie.
Slice apples.
Fill crust with half of the apples and sprinkle with half the sugar, butter, cinnamon and flour.
Use the rest of the apples and ingredients and salt.
Put on top crust and make a few slashes in crust to let steam escape.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 55 minutes.
