Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Cook in Teflon pan over medium heat.
Stir and stir.
Will pull from sides.
Pour on tray (cookie sheet).
Add food coloring. Also flavoring if desired.
