Sausage, Rice And Noodle Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4.2 oz.) pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
    3 c. boiling water
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour soup mix from both envelopes into 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in boiling water; let stand 20 minutes.
