Eggplant Parmazine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, peeled
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger, drained
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 pkg. Feta cheese
    1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 c. oil for frying
    flour
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant, lengthwise.
    Roll in egg and flour. Place in pan with oil and fry until browned.
    Drain and alternate with cooked and drained hamburger, cheese and sauce in large baking dish.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly and serve.
    Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
