Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cold, cooked rice
1/2 lb. pork or chicken, chopped or sliced
1/4 lb. ham, chopped or sliced
3 dried mushrooms, soaked in water and chopped, 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms
1 green onion, chopped
3 eggs
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. frozen peas
oil for cooking
Preparation

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
Scramble eggs and remove.
Heat
another
tablespoon oil and stir-fry meat until done.
If
you
are
using dried mushrooms, cook them with the meat.
When meat is done, remove from pan.
Heat 4 tablespoons oil and fry the green onion.
Add the rice, mixing constantly, until rice
is
thoroughly
heated.
Add the eggs, meat, mushrooms and peas.
Add soy and salt or pepper to taste.
