Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with the liquid smoke, garlic powder and onion salt.
    Let stand, covered, overnight.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brush with Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Drain grease, if any.
