Old-Fashioned Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Several hours ahead of serving, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate.
    Garnish with tomato or pickles.
    Makes 6 servings.
