Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 can shoestring beets
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain beets.
    Add enough water to make 2 cups.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Stir in sugar, salt, vinegar and seed.
    When slightly thickened, add remaining ingredients.
    Mold and chill.
