Steak Diane(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. heated cognac
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oil for five minutes at 375\u00b0.
Meanwhile, wipe steak with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Mix dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over one side of the steak and rub in.
