Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream the shortening and sugar. Add egg yolks and continue beating.
    Add sour cream, vanilla and flour. Beat until smooth.
    Fold with a spoon the egg whites last. Bake in greased tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
