Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. red food coloring
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Then add eggs.
Make a paste of the coloring and cocoa.
Add to mixture.
Add flour with buttermilk and vanilla.
Add vinegar.
Pour into 2 (8-inch) pans. Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 30 minutes.
