Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. fresh tomatoes
2 c. onion, chopped
3 to 4 hot peppers
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro (coriander)
Preparation

Blend all in food processor or blender.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add cornstarch with cold water if you want to thicken.
