Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. beef broth
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    2/3 c. cubed, peeled potato
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    In a large Dutch oven or kettle, cook beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Discard bay leaf.
    Makes 4 servings.
