Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. large pecans
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 stick melted butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. sugar
    2 or 3 eggs
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat yolks until light and thick.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and add to eggs.
    Add pecans, raisins and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold gently into mixture; do not beat.
    Add vinegar as you fold.
    Pour into 8-inch unbaked pastry shell for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake another 25 minutes.
    Cool and serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
