Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. Vitamin D milk
    4 c. half and half cream
    4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar. Beat until stiff, usually 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients. Pour into a 4-quart ice cream freezer.
