Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted butter, then stir in pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake near center of oven 35 to 40 minutes until filling is slightly firm.
Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken, but will become firm when cool.
