Sunshine Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. finely grated orange peel
1/4 c. assorted jellies
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine 1
cup of the flour and yeast in a large mixing bowl. In
a
small saucepan, heat milk, sugar, shortening and salt just until
warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and shortening is almost melted, stirring
constantly.
Add
to flour mixture; stir in egg and orange peel.
