Overnight Dough Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg and mace
    1 cake yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Crumble yeast in 1/4 cup water with 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Scald milk and add beaten egg yolks and let cool.
    Add yeast and flour. In the morning, roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut in squares and fill with filling, fruit, and pinch opposite corners forming a pocket and bake until done.
