French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 slices (or more) white or whole wheat bread
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat electric skillet to 400\u00b0. (Can be done in skillet on stove top.) Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet. Beat eggs lightly with fork. Stir in milk. Dip bread slices into egg-milk mixture. Saut bread in skillet at medium-high heat until browned. Turn over and brown the other side.
