Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Beat together water, egg and vinegar. Add to shortening and flour mixture. Chill at least 15 minutes before using.
    Touch dough as little as possible.
    Roll out only once for flaky crust.
