Potluck Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    2 links Polish sausage
    10 medium potatoes
    1 can sauerkraut
    3 large carrots
Preparation
    Cook roast until tender (3 to 4 hours).
    Cut roast into small pieces.
    Cut sausage into small pieces.
    Dice potatoes and slice carrots.
    Cook roast, Polish sausage, potatoes and carrots for about 45 minutes on medium-high.
    When everything is tender, remove from heat and add sauerkraut.
    Stir.
