Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    8 oz. cooked rotini
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken in cooking oil. Stir together juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add chicken to rotini, onions and pepper. Pour juice mixture (marinade) over all and refrigerate at least 1 hour, overnight is better.
    Ziploc freezer bag works really well to marinate.
