Sarah'S Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 onions
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. cracker meal
Preparation

Slice onions into thin slices.
Soak in cold water.
Dump onions in flour, shake off excess.
Mix eggs with buttermilk.
Thin with water if too thick.
Dip onions into mixture and then put in cracker meal.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain and sprinkle with salt.
