Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 whole peppercorns
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Peel eggs.
Place in large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Pour over eggs and refrigerate.
Let stand 2 days before eating.
