Almond Roca - cooking recipe

2 large milk chocolate bars
2 c. nuts
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Grind chocolate bars and nuts, separately. Butter a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle 1/2 of nuts and 1/2 of chocolate into pan. Set aside. Melt butter and then add the 2 cups of sugar. Cook to a hard crack (300\u00b0). Remove from heat and pour hot mixture over nuts and chocolate. Then put remaining chocolate and nuts on top. Immediately cut into squares.
