Chicken Marengo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pieces of chicken
1 can of small white onions
1 to 2 c. small mushrooms
several peeled and quartered tomatoes
several Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 clove crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oil and brown chicken.
Then cover and cook slowly, about 10 minutes.
Remove oil and add oil to other ingredients. Simmer until mushrooms are tender.
Return chicken and simmer covered for about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
