Pumpkin Pie(St. Marks Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. pumpkin
    1 can coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans evaporated milk (13 oz. each)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Before baking, sprinkle cinnamon over tops.
    Makes three 9-inch pies.
    I make 2 deep dish pies.
