Frankfurter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frankfurters, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown frankfurters, onion, green peppers and celery in butter or margarine.
    Blend in flour.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
    Pour into a greased casserole and top with mashed potatoes.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
