Steak Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 lb. cube steak, cut into pieces
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter 2 minutes.
    Remove.
    Stir in mustard and salt.
    Add steaks and brown lightly on both sides.
    Remove. Stir parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper into pan drippings.
    Heat and then pour over steaks.
