Joyce Davis' Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jell-O
3 mashed bananas
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. crushed pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 carton whipping cream or Dream Whip
Preparation

Let
Jell-O
chill
until
it
begins
to thicken.
Mix mashed bananas,
nuts and pineapple and add to Jell-O to whip with cream and cheese into Jell-O.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.\tTo make
whipping cream
more colorful, use vegetable coloring.
