Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (including juice)
Preparation

Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed (hand mix only).
Pour into pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool on cake rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
