Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. rice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and cook 1 hour over a low flame, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Mix last three ingredients in a bowl. When the first mixture has finished cooking, mix it with second mixture.
    Pour combined ingredients into a dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
