Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/8 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add milk, onion, salt, flour and baking powder. Mix well.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drop batter onto hot skillet.
    Use 1/2 cup mixture per pancake.
    Fry until golden brown.
