Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie crust with flute edges
Preparation
    Beat the eggs with a whip.
    Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
