Chopped Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. canned cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Add rice and salt to boiling water.
    Cook until water is absorbed.
    Fix broccoli according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place cheese on top and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
