Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
    chopped onion
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in flour and brown in small amount of oil. Place in oven-safe dish.
    Mix soup, milk, water and onion.
    Pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Serve over rice or toast.
