Harvest Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    2 egg whites
    2 Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. applesauce
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat together pumpkin, egg whites, Egg Beaters and applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar and juice. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over warm bread while in the pan.
    Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
