Lemon-Pepper Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. pkg. \"Butter Buds\" butter-flavor mix
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives or bottled chives, as needed
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. small red potatoes (6 to 8), cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    In an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan, combine the package of Butter Buds chives and lemon-pepper seasoning.
    Stir in water.
    Add the potatoes, toss to coat well.
    Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown, stirring at least twice.
    Serves 6.
