Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
3 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
grated rind of 1 large lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. whole milk
Preparation

Mix sugar, melted butter and lemon extract; beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
Beat just enough to blend.
Fold in rind and nuts.
Bake 1 hour or more at 350\u00b0 in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with waxed paper on bottom. Let cool slightly.
Remove from pan and place on foil.
